Fast-rising Nigerian sensation Vizco, born Vincent Ameh, is gradually dominating the airwaves with his debut EP, “UP I GO”, which dropped on January 9, 2026.
Following his entry into the music scene in 2022 and the success of his 2024 single ‘Ogadinma’, the Lagos-based artiste kicked off the new year with a solid 6-track body of work.
Executively produced by Valerian Chikere under Over Dedicated Records, the project is a masterclass in versatility, blending Afrobeats, hip-hop, Pop, and Alternative R&B into a smooth, unique sound.
“Up I go” is not just an EP; it is a journey. The six-track project delves into the realities of life, exploring themes of motivation, love, trust, companionship, and determination.
From high-energy anthems to reflective “sober moments” Vizco takes listeners through the highs and lows of the hustle, delivering a message of growth and upward movement.
Speaking on the new project, Vizco said: “This EP is for everyone who has a dream and refuses to stay down. It’s about the struggle, the love we find along the way, and the determination to keep going up. It’s my personal story, but I know every young Nigerian can relate to it.”
The project showcases Vizco’s evolution since his debut, proving he is a force to be reckoned with in the industry. With a possible Deluxe Version already in the works for later this year, Vizco is showing no signs of slowing down.
