Prince Joseph Odum, the Bursar of the University of Calabar, has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Finance and Corporate Governance from the American-European University.
The Cerebral Bursar of the foremost citadel of learning was awarded the doctorate after a careful evaluation of his track record in service to the university, his contributions to the Association of National Accountants in Nigeria (ANAN), ICAN, and for his contributions to the growth of the society.
While receiving the doctorate, he was conferred with all the privileges that comes with the “Honour”.
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Obi, has congratulated Dr Odum for his meritorious conferment of a doctorate degree.
Prof. Obi said that given the exemplary behaviour of the Bursar and dedication to duty and his professionalism in service delivery, he is more deserving of the honour.
