Tragedy struck yesterday at Four Corner Junction, Enugu State, when a truck reportedly crushed a vehicle, killing all the occupants said to be members of the same family.
A viral video from the scene shows the mangled remains of the car trapped beneath the trailer, with witnesses claiming that none of the victims survived.
The incident has sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians mourning the loss and calling for stricter regulation of heavy-duty vehicles on highways.
As at the time of filing this report, details of the accident remain sketchy, as Enugu State Police Command has not issued statement about the accident.
