Tribunal upholds DSP, Ovie Omo-Agege’s election as senator representing Delta central.

The tribunal dismissed the petition filed by the candidate of the PDP, Evelyn Oboro, for lacking in merit. Also, the election of Senator Peter Nwaoboshi (PDP) as senator representing Delta North has be upheld. The petition of his challenger, Doris Uboh of the APC was struck out.
