In 2024, the booming real estate sector contributed trillions of Naira to Nigeria’s GDP, surpassing oil and gas to become Nigeria’s third-largest sector.
The Abuja real estate sector in the FCT, being a major location for real estate investment both by Nigerians in Nigeria and those in the diaspora, Raymond Ijeomah, the CEO of Fortreal Rei Ltd who is a developer and real estate expert in the sector took time on YouTube to analyze the FCT Map, phases of development in the FCT/Abuja as well as critically analyze top seven locations that investors looking to build wealth through real estate can invest in for maximum profit and returns on investment.
In his words, a part of phase 3 and the entire parts of Phase 4 and 5 are key locations to invest in in the year 2025.

In more specifics, he stated that strategic locations to look at include Kyami, Kuje, Karshi, Idu, Karsana, Apo and places around the OSEX, ISEX as well as the INEX. That is the Outer Southern Expressway, Inner Southern Expressway and Inner Northern Expressway
