President Bola Tinubu has eulogised his son, Seyi Tinubu, as he marks his 40th birthday, praising him for his focus, courage, humility, and dedication to service.
In a heartfelt message he personally, the President expressed gratitude to Almighty God for Seyi’s life and the remarkable man he has become.
“My dear son, today, as you turn forty, I thank Almighty God for your life and the man you have become. You have walked your path with focus, courage, and humility, and you have done so with a heart that seeks to build, serve, and uplift others,” President Tinubu said.
He highlighted Seyi’s determination from an early age to lead and create, noting his ability to transform ideas into institutions and challenges into opportunities. “In business and in service, you have shown that true success is not measured by wealth or power but by the impact we make and the lives we touch,” he added.

The President said milestone of forty symbolises a bridge between youthful energy and life’s deeper wisdom, a journey that Seyi has navigated while upholding values of discipline, integrity, and hard work. “You have carried your name with honour and have remained faithful to the values of discipline, integrity, and hard work,” he remarked.
Speaking on family and legacy, the President praised Seyi’s commitment as a devoted husband and father, building a family with Layal. “Our entire family is proud of you. We are proud of the family you are building with Layal, your devotion as a husband and father, and your commitment to making a difference in your generation,” he stated.
President Tinubu encouraged his son to continue inspiring others, noting that strength lies not only in achievements but also in motivating belief and confidence in others. “As you celebrate this milestone, remember that your strength lies in what you achieve and how you inspire others to believe in themselves,” said the President.
He concluded with a prayerful wish for wisdom, health, and peace. “May God bless you with wisdom, good health, and peace. Happy 40th Birthday, my son. You have made us proud, and I know you will continue to make Nigeria proud,” President Tinubu affirmed.
