Super Eagles have dropped a place in the latest FIFA Rankings released today.
They are now 44th in the global ranking and fifth in Africa behind Morocco, Senegal, Egypt and Algeria.
The team’s results in the Unity Cup in London were not taken into account as they fell outside the international break.
The Super Eagles are unbeaten under coach Eric Chelle.
In the month under review, the Super Eagles forced Russia to a 1-1 draw in a first-ever meeting between the two teams in Moscow.
Russia are ranked 35th in the latest rankings.
