The federal lawmaker representing Enugu East Senatorial District in the 10th Assembly, Sen Kelvin Chizoba Chukwu, has called for equal and sincere presentation of the 2024 Budget.
This was contained in a statement signed by his Media Assistant, Mr. Ubeh Phillip Benard and made available to newsmen in Abuja .
He said “I want to call on the Ministers of State, Oil and Gas, Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, Rt. Hon. Ekperikpe Ekpo, and other Heads of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to make a sincere budget presentation, that will reflect President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda.
According to Senator Chukwu, the welfare and plights of his people is more paramount, adding that the 2024 federal budget must reflect the interests of the South East in general and Enugu East Senatorial District in particular.
