Senate orders fresh proclamation for Edo Assembly

The Senate has backed the House of Representatives in ordering the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, to issue a fresh proclamation for the inauguration of the Edo State House of Assembly.
The Governor has been given one week to issue the fresh proclamation or warrant the taking over the Assembly by the National Assembly.
