Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) has marked its 30th anniversary with the unveiling of new identities for two of its subsidiaries.

This signals a fresh phase of growth as it seeks to deepen its impact on Africa’s digital transformation.

At a recent press conference in Lagos themed “Built for This. Ready for What’s Next,” the technology group announced that CloudSA has been rebranded as SATH Cloud, while Signal Alliance Consulting will now operate as SATH Technology Consulting. The company said the rebranding is designed to create a stronger, unified brand that reflects its evolution into a diversified technology holding company while enhancing innovation and value delivery to clients.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of SATH, Collins Onuegbu, said the milestone was an opportunity to celebrate three decades of innovation while setting the stage for the company’s next chapter. “Our 30th anniversary is a celebration of the journey we have taken with our clients, partners and employees. It is also a reminder that our greatest opportunities lie ahead.

We remain committed to building technology-driven solutions that create lasting value and contribute meaningfully to Africa’s digital future,” he said.

Reflecting on the company’s beginnings, Onuegbu added, “Thirty years ago, we set out with a simple but ambitious goal: to help organisations unlock the power of technology. Today, we celebrate not just longevity, but the impact we have made, the relationships we have built, and the opportunities that lie ahead.”

He said SATH’s steady growth has been driven by continuous innovation, strategic partnerships, technical excellence and a customer-first approach.

“Our story has always been one of transformation. We have continuously reinvented ourselves to meet the changing needs of the market, and today’s announcement represents another important step in that journey,” he said.

Founded in 1996 as Signal Alliance before becoming Signal Alliance Technology Holding in 2021, the company has grown into a leading technology group offering cloud services, cybersecurity, digital transformation, enterprise infrastructure, managed services and technology consulting across several sectors of the economy.

Looking ahead, Onuegbu said the group’s priorities include expanding its cloud and consulting businesses, investing in emerging technologies, developing digital talent and forging stronger strategic partnerships across Africa.

“As technology continues to reshape industries and economies, we remain focused on helping organisations embrace innovation, navigate change and unlock new opportunities through technology,” he said.

Managing Director of SATH Cloud, Busola Komolafe, described the new brand as a reflection of the company’s future direction.

“While our name is changing, our commitment to helping clients leverage cloud technologies to accelerate growth and transformation remains stronger than ever. SATH Cloud reflects who we are today and where we are headed tomorrow,” she said.

Similarly, Managing Director of SATH Technology Consulting, Kenneth Ufomba, said the rebranding underscores the firm’s role in helping organisations align technology with business strategy.

“Our new identity reflects the strategic role we play in helping organisations navigate change and embrace innovation. SATH Technology Consulting represents a natural evolution of our business and reinforces our commitment to delivering trusted advisory services that create meaningful business outcomes,” he said.

As it begins its fourth decade, SATH said it is positioning itself to play a bigger role in driving innovation, digital adoption and sustainable economic growth across Africa.
