Evermark Homes and Properties Limited has unveiled Dukia Africa, situated at Sala Molajaye Town, Epe, Lagos State.

Dukia Africa is Africa’s biggest resort & real estate ecosystem project.

Israel added it is proudly an Africa project emerging from Nigeria, Africa’s most populous black nation with the second largest film industry in the world, as well as a fashion, technology and creative hub that’s sets Africa on a global stage.
” Dukia Africa is the new horizon of a greater Africa and is situated at the most serene and beautiful part of the new Lagos Epe.
He disclosed with the governor’s consent, Dukia Africa, dubbed as the pride of Africa is a beautiful and luxurious real estate ecosystem that mixes nature, technology and aesthetics with functional living spaces and homes.
He reveals the vision has begun.
The MD further added
Dukia Africa offers, perimeter fence, good drainage system, interlocked roads, waste disposal facilities, swimming pool and gym. Other features include, dedicated Transformers and central generator, water hydrant, streetlights, CCTV cameras, recreational facility, car parks, Eco friendly, Helipad, Zoo
And Basketball Ball Court among others.
Corroborating what the MD said, Olujoba Daniel, Operations Manager, Dukia Africa said the resort is affordable because infrastructure drives value. At this stage, we are still building infrastructure and we will soon release our 70-days work plan for people to see what we are going to be doing every quarter.
” After that the value of this place will change and this is the best time for people to key into it.”
