The Redeemed Christian Church of God Miracle Centre LP 100 headquarters has commenced a year-long activities to assist communities, who are hit by economic challenges.
The activities are part of the church’s community social responsibility, and palliative measures to cushion the economic hardship confronting the nation.
Pastor Olajide Oluwayemi noted that the programme was to fulfill God’s love for His people, beholding His Glory under yuletide season. It commenced on December 17, and would end on December 30, 2023.
He said: “We, at the RCCG, must affect the lives of others at all times.”
The community social responsibility activity was marked by distribution of food items like Garri Ijebu, cartons of noodles and bags of rice.
Educational grants were also extended to indigent people desirous of God’s touch to continue their studies.
Also speaking, the Parish Pastor, Bamishaye said the activity was the RCCG’s traditional way of giving succour to the church community every time.
