Police recover 16 vehicles, warn owners

The Lagos State Police Command has recovered 16 vehicles.

The vehicles were stolen from where they were parked, snatched by hoodlums or abandoned by their owners.

The command has, therefore, warned those looking for their vehicles to visit the Commissioner of Police Special Squad II,  Festac Division

Tactical Team, Area E  Command, in the PPL area of Okokomaiko and Ojo  Ijaiye Ojokoro Division with relevant documents to claim them.

The vehicles would be auctioned within 21 days, if unclaimed.

The vehicles are: two unregistered Toyota Sienna, a towing vehicle with registration number LND 802 CV; one Volkswagen Passport bus, LND 587 XT; Suzuki Mini bus, LSD 63 YJ; Suzuki Mini bus, LND 819 YH; Toyota Corolla, AHL 571 FE; Toyota Camry, EPE 37 GG; Toyota Avalon, KJA 729 AU; and an unregistered Peugeot Boxer bus.

Others are: one Mistubishi  Gallant car, with number plate, JJJ 428 FU; one Volkswagen bus T4, KSF 319 YC; one Volkswagen bus T4, ABU 636 PT; an  unregistered Volkswagen bus T4; one Toyota Camry, FST 689 HZ; and

unregistered green Toyota Camry.

The police warned, again, that members of the public should come with relevant documents to claim the vehicles, as they would be auctioned within 21 days.
