The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Police Command, CP Adegoke Fayoade has assured of adequate security during the Christmas and New year celebrations.
The CP,who on behalf of the officers and men of the command felicitated with residents and the good people of the state
According to Lagos State Police Publlic Relations Officer (PPRO) SP Benjamin Hundeyin ,” in line with his policing vision, CP Fayoade has directed all Area Commanders, DPOs, Tactical Commanders and Intelligence Officers to deploy adequate human and operational resources to all strategic points across the State to forestall any form of breach of security. Furthermore, to deployed officers have been charged to be professional, courteous, but firm in the discharge of their duties.
“CP Fayoade, therefore, gives assurances that the emplaced security architecture will be closely monitored and reviewed as required in a bid to sustain the existing peace in Lagos State.
“The Command equally enjoins everyone to be security conscious and vigilant, and encourages them to report any untoward incident or happening to the nearest Police Station or call the Command’s control room on 0806 515 4338 and 0806 329 9264”.
