All MDAs were tasked to explore alternative sources of funding critical projects and programmes while the option of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and donor funding would be embraced strategically

The retreat resolved to adopt the State Monitoring and Evaluation Policy and Law which will ensure self-tracking of projects and programmes and quarterly review sessions. (NAN)
