Lawmaker warns Tinubu, FG

Former Vice President of the United States Mike Pence has expressed gratitude to President Donald Trump for designating Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern.
Pence particularly made reference to Trump’s statement that “The United States cannot stand by while such atrocities are happening in Nigeria, and numerous other Countries. We stand ready, willing, and able to save our Great Christian population around the World!”
Taking to X, Pence who was vice president to Trump during Trump’s first term in office, said: “Thank you @POTUS.”
Also, a Member of the United States House of Representatives, Riley Moore, has expressed gratitude to President Donald Trump for his incredible leadership by designating Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern.
This was even as he warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Federal Government to cooperate with President Trump, saying that the days of the United States looking the other way are over.

Moore, in a post on X, said: “You have always been a champion for Christians around the world, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with you and Chairman Cole @HouseAppropsGOP to defend our brothers and sisters in Christ who are being slaughtered by radical Islamists in Nigeria.”
In his latest post, Moore who represents West Virginia’s 2nd District, said: “To the Government of Nigeria & @officialABAT:
“President Trump has provided forewarning if you do not correct the current state of inaction to stop the killing of our brothers and sisters in Christ in your country. The days of the US looking the other way are over – it will never happen on @POTUS’ watch.
“I urge you to cooperate with us in preventing this atrocity that worsens everyday. We want your people to live in peace – all of them, especially Christians.
“The President has been clear. I would not test his resolve. Many have tried and all have failed.
“We will not allow the gates of hell to prevail against the faithful.”
