PEEDEEP ARCADE Properties, a real estate firm in Lagos has unveiled Acada Arcade shopping centre with special features different from the conventional markets.
The Managing Director/CEO of the firm, Col. Kingsley Umoh, (rtd) said the centre is being developed to provide affordable and reliable business environment to business owners, investors and customers in Lagos State.
According to Umoh, they intend to leverage on Mortgage Finance banks for clients who may want to purchase shops in the facility. He said that the project which was signed in 2021 will be completed within 18 months.
During a recent tour of the ongoing construction work, Col. Umoh explained that the centre was carefully designed for over 1000 businesses including banks, restaurants, boutiques, workplaces, supermarkets, entertainment spots and more.
He said the center will provide security, drainage system, accessible road network, green market and more to individuals and businesses.
“It is a showcase of affordability and luxury to give Ojo and its environs a redefined modern market with an oppourtunity for a value driven investment for investors and stress-free patronage away from the crowd for its customers. It will offer all who interact with it a refreshing market-place experience and access to a richer life along the Ojo axis,” he said.
Umoh said the market is developed with a warehouse zone, loading, offloading and mechanics’ bay all designed in a linear fashion to accommodate up to 20 articulated trucks at a time. He said that the warehouse zone serves the dual purposes of being the main entry point for all articulated vehicles and delivery trucks as well as the loading and unloading bay for bulk goods and materials.
“The warehouse zone is the main storage area for merchandise and bulk materials. The zone is also equipped to accommodate small and medium scale businesses that would require more space for functionality and practicability,” he said.
