Palmetto hotels and Suites recently opened a new outfit in Igando area of Lagos, the New outfit which is located at 15, Shobowale Street witnessed a flamboyant and momentous event that had eminent personalities, even from outside the shores of the country.
Speaking at the event, the CEO of Palmetto hotels and Suites, Mr Anthony Eronmosele Palmer urged the government to create employment opportunities for the youths in the country. He said ‘i want to use this medium to appeal to the government to create employment opportunities for the youths in the country, I’m not of the opinion that Nigerian youths are lazy, no, they are not, the government just need to play their role by providing employment opportunities and watch the youths grab them with both arms’.
He also appealed to the government to encourage private initiatives and small scale businesses in the country. He said ‘we all know how things are in this tensed economic situation, I thanked God that I’m privileged to be an employer of labourer, I have over 100 people on my payroll, I want to appeal to the government to make the environment better for us so that we can do more in order to reduce the unemployment rate in the country’.
