Adaralegbe Akintayo, the founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T Pumpy Concepts Limited, has continued to justify his award of the 2021 Real Estate Personality of the Year (by Global Excellence Recognition Awards) with continuing exploits in property development in the country.
T Pumpy Concepts, which he founded in 2010 has become one of Nigeria’s leading property developers. In the first quarter of 2023, the company is executing multiple estates development in Abuja, Ekiti, Ilorin, Ibadan and the Lekki area of Lagos, with the estates in various stages of construction.
Adaralegbe, a native of Iloro, Ekiti State, had before venturing into real estate, worked variously as a thrift collector, photographer and recharge card merchant. He has successfully built T Pumpy Concepts Limited from scratch into a leading property development company in the country. The company’s good business ethics, use of brand ambassadors and cutting-edge marketing skills set it apart in the crowded property sector.
Adaralegbe Akintayo, who turned 40 years old on May 29th, 2022, the T Pumpy Concepts boss and donated a plot of land to Shining Star Orphanage Home in Lugbe, Abuja to commemorate the milestone, recently explained the factors responsible for the fast growth of the company in the real estate sector despite the adverse economic situation in the country.
“At T Pumpy Concepts Ltd, we are careful to ensure that our properties are built on government-approved land that comes with certificates of occupancy. This means that anyone buying our property has the peace of mind that no litigation of sorts will arise,” he said.
With a presence in Abuja, Ekiti and Oyo states, T Pumpy Concepts Limited within a year has expanded into other states and by February 2023, has multiple projects going on in these states and now in Lekki, Lagos State and Ilorin, Kwara State capital.
