Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti has reportedly sacked two of his commissioners for an undisclosed reason.
The governor had about two months ago suspended the Commissioner for Health, Dr Ngozi Okoronkwo, from office, also relieving his Chief Press Secretary, Kazie Ukoha, of his appointment without adducing any reason.

The sacked Commissioners were that of Science and Technology, Chima Oriaku; and Agriculture, Professor (Mrs) Monica Ironkwe.
No reason was given for their sack, although the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Governor, Ukoha Njoku Ukoha said the affected Commissioners were not booted out of office, but resigned, he however did not give the reason for their resignation.
