A coalition of political parties in Osun State has accused Governor Ademola Adeleke’s aides of causing more harm than good to his administration.

The coalition further alleged that many of the Governor’s media aides lack public speaking skills and suggested that the government should organize a crash training program to equip them for their roles.

This reaction followed a statement issued by one of the Governor’s aides, Oladele Bamiji, describing a recent statement by the coalition as “classless.” The coalition argued that the statement was reckless and poorly written.

In a statement issued by the state chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Dr. Tosin Odeyemi, on behalf of the coalition, it was stated, “The classless signee of the statement is insignificant though, but we wish to tutor him to know that public speaking is not for a child who waits for monthly data money he called salary like him.”

The coalition’s statement continued, “In the statement, Adeleke’s government exhibited its penchant for lies. Tosin Odeyemi is not just the Chairman of the NNPP in Osun State, but the Chairman of the Chairmen of the party in the country. But do we blame them, education is not their fancy.”

“While we know that Adeleke’s government parades the worst media team in history, we expect them to ask media practitioners how to write. The ‘Student Union’ type of write-up says it all about a government peopled by unlearned or half-baked politicians.”

The statement accused the government’s media team of being uninformed and lacking basic writing skills. It further alleged that Adeleke’s aides are his worst enemies, highlighting the Ooni of Ife’s recent remarks urging the Governor to complete projects rather than engaging in symbolic gestures.

The coalition concluded by calling for a crash training program for the Governor’s media aides and reiterating their determination to unseat Adeleke in the 2026 elections.
