When the matter came up, Thursday, the All Peoples Party (APP), through its counsel, Monruf Adediran, announced his appearance to join the suit and served the counsel to the Attorney general, Deji Atoyebi.
Atoyebi, asked for an adjournment to enable him file his response to the application.
Counsel to OSSIEC, Musibau Adetunbi, SAN, urged the claimants to withdraw the reliefs on the validity of the Amended Notice of the Election and non-constitution of any Elections Petition Tribunal, so as to settle out of court.
