In her resolve to position Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) in Anambra State, as a global brand and one of the best-ranked universities in the country, the acting Vice Chancellor, of the institution, Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Polish Ambassador to Nigeria, Joanna Tarnawska, at the Embassy in Abuja. Her visit was to see ways of getting assistance from Poland.
The visit came on the heels of a recently held a one-day workshop themed “Deepening the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) Internationalisation Agenda: The Erasmus+ and Other Pathways,” led by Prof. Nghargbu K’tso who accompanied the acting vice chancellor on the visit.
It was learnt that at the end of the successful workshop, Ojukwu varsity got registered on the European Commission Funding and Tenders Portal (ECFTP), thus qualifying to enter into partnerships with programmes European countries have and also other EU-funded projects and grants.
