The Delta state governor,Rt.Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has approved the posting of Mr. Victor Udi as the new permanent Secretary,Government House.
This is contained in a statement released in Asaba by the State Head Of Service, Mr Reginald Bayoko
The posting of Udi followed the retirement of
Mr.Eddy Ogidi-Gbagbeje
who was the PS ,government House and Protocol until his disengagement in January 2024 after 35 years of meritorious service.
The letter dated 22nd January 2024, reads” Effective immediately, His Excellency ,the governor of Delta state has approved the posting of Udi,Victor as permanent secretary to oversee Government House Affairs in the Directorate of Government House and protocol”
Udi an experienced career civil servant and graduate of Delta state university DELSU, Abraka has attended diverse local and international training on strategic management,leadership and public policy.
