Starting from the 1st of January 2025, the Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali will be playing under a new manager as coach Kwanele Kopo has bowed out, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Kopo joined the Chilli Boys on a one-year deal in January 2024.
The club revealed that they offered Kopo a contract renewal six months ago, but he decided not to extend his stay at the Gqeberha-based outfit.
The former SuperSport United development mentor opted to return to Johannesburg to focus on his family and personal priorities, as stated by Chippa.
Kopo leaves Chippa in the 9th position on the log standings with 14 points from 11 outings.
