In a riveting encounter, the host team, Akure Sec boys, displayed remarkable prowess as they triumphed over Ikeja Senior Grammar School with a commanding 6-0 score line, igniting a roar of celebration among the crowd.
The action continued with Keke Senior Grammar School of Lagos State facing a formidable challenge against African Church Grammar School, resulting in a 0-6 defeat for Keke Senior Gram.
Meanwhile, Army Cantonment of Lagos State and African Church Grammar School of Ogun State battled fiercely to a thrilling 6-6 draw, showcasing their determination to claim victory.
Another remarkable match saw Government Science Secondary School overpowering Damotak College with an astonishing 21-0 victory, leaving a lasting impression on the spectators.
In the fiercely competitive male category Group A, Government Secondary School has taken the lead with an impressive 3 points, closely followed by the formidable Akure Secondary Boys, also securing 3 points in the standings. Notably, Ikeja Senior Grammar School and Olubadan High are still seeking their first points in the tournament after facing initial setbacks in their opening games.
