Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Osun State, Dr. Tosin Odeyemi has called on Nigerians to demonstrate perseverance and pray fervently in the face of the challenges confronting the nation.
In a statement issued by the NNPP chieftain, he urged Nigerians to pray for the leadership of the country amidst numerous challenges currently facing the nation.
He said “it is important to remind ourselves that what we need for our nation is prayers, not curse. Our challenges are surmountable if we can approach them with prayers and cooperate with our leaders.
“This is a season of sacrifice, therefore, nothing should be too big to sacrifice for the betterment of Nigeria at our various levels.
“In Osun, we are moving gradually to our era of freedom from a government that has reduced everything about governance to parochial politics.
“Better days are ahead as we approach August 8, 2026 gubernatorial election and our party the NNPP, is ready to provide a government of the people which will also be for the people,” he added.
