Nigerian Breweries Plc has been officially recognised as a top employer in Nigeria for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, following a rigorous assessment of its people practices.
The globally recognised Top Employer Certification evaluates organisations across key human resource areas, including talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership training, employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and overall work environment. Nigerian Breweries Plc earned the certification after successfully completing the Institute’s comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, validation, and audit process.
