Nestlé Nigeria has reinforced its commitment to developing the country’s dairy industry with the launch of a ‘Dairy Demonstration Farm’ in Paikon Kore. This initiative, which is part of the Nestlé Nigeria Livestock Development Project (NLDP), is aimed at improving milk production, enhancing farmers’ livelihoods, and promoting sustainable dairy practices.

The NLDP, which was established in 2021, is built on three core pillars, including better milk, better feed (fodder) and resilient communities. It is being implemented in collaboration with CBI Innovations Limited (CBiIL) and 2Scale with support from the Federal Capital Territory Administration.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Nigeria, Wassim Elhusseini, highlighted the farm’s impact at the launch event.
