When governors are busy looking at ways to re-open their state economies safely, the culprits brought before the court chose to raise the blood pressure of men troubled by COVID-19 and harassed by landlords asking for renewal of rents two months before due. Their lawyers pleaded for leniency and the court listened and gave the culprits stern warning.
