In Enugu, the presidential and National Assembly elections were mostly peaceful in the areas visited by Sunday Sun.
Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ayogu Eze delivered his Ija Inyere polling unit in Umu Ozi Ward 7, Igboeze North Local Government Area to the candidates of the APC.
The results showed that President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC polled 71 votes to defeat the PDP candidate who scored 22; while in the senatorial contest, Eugene Odo (APC) got 72 votes as against 19 by Senator Chukwuka Utazi of the PDP.
