Midea, a global leader in home appliances, has solidified its presence in Nigeria through a strategic partnership with Care Global Consumer Limited (CGCL). The collaboration aims to introduce innovative and energy-efficient products to the Nigerian market, catering to the growing demand for quality appliances.
At a recent Dealers’ Conference themed “Powering Progress,” Midea showcased its latest range of products, including refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, freezers, and kitchen appliances. The event, held in Lagos, brought together over 70 dealers from across Nigeria, along with media representatives and influencers.
Maneesh Nanda, Managing Director of CGCL, emphasized the company’s extensive experience in distributing electronics and home appliances in Nigeria. “We have built a strong network of dealers and provide excellent after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction,” he stated.
Bright Yao, Midea’s Regional Director for Africa, highlighted the company’s commitment to offering high-quality and affordable products to Nigerian consumers. “Midea has a proven track record of innovation and technological excellence,” he said. “We are excited to partner with CGCL to bring our products to the Nigerian market.”
One of the standout products showcased at the conference was the UNICOOL air conditioner. Victson Cheng, Midea HVAC Manager for Africa, highlighted the air conditioner’s energy efficiency, durability, and advanced features such as 5-Level GenGear function, wide-voltage protection, intelligent dusting rotation, and ONE-DRIVE-TWO mode.
The partnership between Midea and CGCL is expected to drive growth in the Nigerian home appliances market and provide consumers with access to cutting-edge products.
