The dead body of a middle-aged man identified as Tunde Akindunbi has been found under a mango tree in Dallimore area of Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.
It was gathered that the unfortunate incident happened in the wee hours of Friday as some neighbours claimed they still saw him around 8:00 p.m.
The position the deceased was found showed he committed suicide, but there were allegations that he might have been killed and hanged to suggest he killed himself and to avoid any suspicion
The cause of his death could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
When contacted, the Spokesman for Ekiti State Police Command, DSP Abutu Sunday said: “ We have commenced investigation to know the actual cause of his death.”
