A former Chief of Army Staff, Nigerian Army, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah (rtd.) CFR and Chairman, PANDEF, Rivers State Chapter, has congratulated the Governor of Rivers State, Sir Simialayi Fubara on his one year anniversary in the saddle of governance.
Minimah commended the governor for liberating the state, instituting a new order, deepening governance, charting a path of noiseless development and uniting the people of Rivers State.
He urged the governor not to be distracted, but steer the ship of state to greater heights through policies and projects that would benefit all communities in the state.
