The leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) is mourning the death of the mother of it’s leader, Uchenna Madu, Mrs. Chibuzo Ekenma Madu.
A release by Edeson Samuel, National Director of Information, MASSOB, which announced the demise, said members of the movement worldwide were in mourning over the incident.
“We members of MASSOB worldwide sorrowfully announce the death of the mother of our leader, Ezinne (Mrs) Chibuzo Ekenma Madu. We are greatly going to miss her.”
The release made available to Daily Sun, described Mrs. Madu was a devout Christian and women community leader, a caring mother to many including the less privileged.
“Mrs. Madu was a devout Christian and women community leader, a caring mother to many including the less privileged.
“Dada as she was fondly called and popularly known died peacefully after some weeks of being discharged from the hospital”, the release added.
