The remains of the late Mrs. Hannah Nwoshibe (Ada Eze Osachie), who went home to be with the Lord on September 1, 2025, after a brief illness, will be committed to Mother Earth on December 12 at her husband’s house, Zion City Palace, Umuobuna-Uburu, in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. It will be preceded by a service of songs on December 11 at the same venue.
According to her son-in-law, Osuji Ogbonnaya Agwu Umahi (OGB), her departure is not only a loss to his brothers-in-law and the entire family but also a deep personal loss to him, his beloved wife and their children.
Umahi said: “Mama was truly one in a million – a remarkable woman of great strength, faith and compassion. Her kindness, generosity and warmth were limitless. She welcomed me into her family and loved me as her own son without reservations. If there is such a thing as a second life, I would pray to have her again as my mother-in-law.
“Her passing has created a void that words cannot describe, especially at this time when her wisdom, guidance and motherly presence are needed the most by my wife, our children and I. Though her earthly journey has ended, her legacy of love and her memory will remain ever green in our hearts.
“To my beloved wife, her siblings, our in-laws, grandchildren and all who loved Mama, I encourage us to take heart and find comfort in one another. Let us honour Mama’s life by continuing her way of life: compassion, generosity, and unity — the very values she lived by every day.”
Mrs. Nwoshibe was a community leader and faithful believer.
