She made this known during her address to the new intakes on resumption of the new academic session.
According to the VC, “Your academic pursuit is your primary assignment on this campus; give it your very best. As an administration, we shall continue to give you all the support you need and provide the right environment for you to thrive.

“I am particularly excited to welcome our new intakes to the best State University in Nigeria. I congratulate you on gaining admission into our prestigious institution and assure you that you are in the best university you could be right now.

“Our goal is to build a university where you, my world-class students, can achieve your goals without fear or intimidation. Please support us by abstaining from every form of vices, including indecent dressing, cultism, drugs, and all forms of harassment, and reporting same to the appropriate offices in the university.

“I pray that God will make this session your best yet.” she concludes.
