Lagos NSCDC PRO gets 2025 award in Abuja

The Public Relations Officer Lagos State Command of Nigeria Security Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Superintendent Oluwaseun Abolurin, has bagged 2025 PRO award at Defence summit.

The ceremony held at the Nigeria National Merit Award House Maitama, Abuja was organised by the publisher of Security Monitor Magazine, Alhaji Isiaka Mustapha.

In his keynote speech, Controller General of Federal Fire Service, Samuel Olomode, called for institutional renewal as one of the relevant solutions to the security challenges in Nigeria. The acting Commandant General, Hillary Kelechi Madu, also spoke at the ceremony which attracted crop of security service stakeholders from the Defence Ministry, Police, NSCDC, Information, Orientation, Media and others.

Mustapha said Lagos NSCDC PRO was given the award in recognition of his professionalism, integrity and tireless commitment to public communication excellence within the NSCDC and his remarkable skill in managing information and others.

According to the organisers, Abolurin’s leadership, humility and consistent service reflect the values of dedication and patriotism that inspire his colleagues and lift up the image of the Corps nationwide.
