Knowing the time of your visitation and response

Chosen Way

When God created the world, He also designed and ordered time for each occurrence. So, every event in this world has a time allotted to it to happen. The world and its natural components did not appear at same time but in sequences and in accordance with the dictate of the Almighty. Heaven and earth were first created, then came the light, the separation of darkness from the light, followed by the formation of the space and water, the bursting forth of the land with every sort of grass and seed bearing plant, the separation of day and night vis-à-vis sun and moon, the creation of fishes and etc. None of these events came same time but all at its own time. So everything in this world has to do with time.

Ecc. 3: 1-4 says, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up”

There is a time for everything. We do strongly confess even when we go through times of darkness that our times of deliverance and freedom are in God’s hand. He alone knows when it is His time to visit us. He allocates time to each event according to how it pleases Him, but would want us to make the most out of each time that He presents to us.

Therefore time is an integral part of our lives. We should always be cautious of what the time is, what is happening at the time, what we are expected to do and what we are really doing. It is very important that we should know when it is our time for the divine intervention of God in our favour. More importantly now that God is moving His time toward the final end of history, thus there are calamities, sorrows and miseries in the land. It is a sign that the time allocated to rapture is very near. Lots of signs have appeared to properly inform us that the time of the end is here. We must not be ignorant of this time in order not to miss rapture.

2Tim. 3: 1 says, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,”

The Scripture here forewarns us of what we should expect in the last ages of the world that will herald the second coming of our Master Jesus Christ. It states the time will be unsafe and terrifying just as what we are witnessing today. So it is clear that the days we now live in are the last days, and our times the last times for the mortal man. And since we have been forewarned of this time we who want to be in heaven at last must brace up to endure trials that accompany this time. Remember that the reason for referring this time as the perilous times was nothing but to show the necessity of taking every precaution to preserve our sanctity and the purity of the church, because such sad incidents will of certainty happen. Persecutions and trials are to be expected by all who aimed to lead holy lives, and they should expect that evil men will become worse and worse.

Men will love to gratify their own lusts, more than to please God. Everyone will be eager for what he can get, and anxious to keep what he has, and this will make men dangerous to one another. And when men do not fear God, they will not regard man.

So, given the fact that the time of the End has come, it is important we should also know that the time of God’s gracious offers of mercy to us is now. And it will be folly on the path of the ignorant if such a great offer is so neglected; knowing very well that without mercy there will be no escape after this time. Of course, no person shall escape the judgement and wrath of God if he dies without mercy? And now is your times of visitation for mercy, so, don’t miss it. My counsel is that we must use this occasion to ensure we draw near to God as never before. This is because we need His presence more than before. If you are not born again, now you must ensure that not only you are born again but also you are sanctified and praying without season.

2Co 6:2, “For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”

There is a particular time wherein God is pleased to pour out upon mankind His blessing of mercy. And the Scripture has rightly informed us that this is that particular time: that time of a peculiar blessing of salvation and deliverance which we never merited but are offered to us. So, now is that accepted time, now is the day of salvation; that is, the very time in which the mercy of God is present to heal, deliver and in which every sinner who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ may be saved.

Luke 19: 43-44, “For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, 44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation”

Beloved, do not neglect this offer to amend your life, for this time may be the very last time when God’s mercy shall be offered to you. This may be your last opportunity to repent. I therefore entreat you to take advantage of this time and be saved, for this is your time of visitation when God has given you fresh offers of mercy.
