Kebbi State Governor, Dr Nasir Idris has inaugurated the 4th Governing Council of the Kebbi State University of Science and Technology,Aliero(KSUSTA).
The Council, according to the statement made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi by the University’s Public Relations Officer (PRO),Mallam Mustapha Mansur Ango, has Dr. Haliru Bala Jikan Daudu as the Pro- Chancellor and Chairman of Council alongside nine other external members.
Ango also stated that,the Vice -Chancellor of the University, Professor Basha Ladan Aliero was also among the internal members of the Council with other top management staff of the University while the Registrar of the University,Maimaro Alh Tilli, would served as the Secretary to Council.
According to him, “this day remained a historic day in Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero as it is blessed to have it’s 4th Governing Council duly inaugurated by His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kebbi State. Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris.
“On behalf of the Vice -Chancellor and his management team,senate,,staff and students, we hereby extend our congratulations to the newly inaugurated 4th University Governing Council”.
