However, Ude’s leadership and commitment to the mission kept the team motivated. “We faced numerous challenges, especially due to our goals and mission to target rural areas, and also achieve a product that could work perfectly in those areas.
Our goal and mission to impact lives and advance the industry kept us going, and my leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team were also crucial for success,” he reflects.
Ude’s vision for Flashride has always been global. He actively participated in all aspects of the development process, from seminars and presentations to product reviews and marketing.
“As a co-founder, my vision was to make it a globally recognized business and also to touch lives with innovation,” Ude states. His hands-on approach ensured that the product met the highest standards and addressed the needs of its users effectively.
The success of Flashride is also attributed to the strong team dynamics fostered by Ude. He emphasizes the importance of team commitment and understanding, and he prides himself on being a goal-driven team player who values feedback.

Flashride has been recognized in the country as an innovation that provides hospitality. Also, we have an amazing increase in active users and customers. This proves that we have gained enough recognition in the country and soon the continent,” Ude proudly shares.

“Flashride under my leadership as the co-founder has not just remained in rural areas but has also moved to urban areas. We are currently operating in major cities in just two years of starting. This is a milestone that a startup like Flashride will be proud of. Soon we will become the major mobility company on the continent,” Ude asserts.
