Insecurity: NLC members converge ahead of protest

Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) have begun converging at the secretariat in Abuja ahead of the protest over the insecurity in the country.

Among those spotted at the gathering are NLC President Joe Ajaero, activist Omoyele Sowore, his colleagues in the #RevolutionNow movement, and civil society allies.

Security personnel were also seen on ground, with the police, civil defence, and officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) taking up strategic positions.
