Barcelona legend, Andres Iniesta has tipped the club to win their 29th La Liga title this current campaign.
The 41-year-old, who left Barcelona in 2018 and retired in 2024, stated this in a media chat on Monday.
Hansi Flick’s side returned to the top of the league table this Sunday after Real Madrid’s 2-1 loss away to Osasuna on Saturday.
Iniesta said, “For me, Barça are still the favourite. They’re back in first place, and we’ll see if they can hold on until the end. It’ll definitely be competitive; La Liga is always competitive. I hope Barça win the title again.”
Iniesta also confirmed he would be voting in the club’s presidential election scheduled for March 15.

However, he declined to say who he would be voting for.
