The People’s Democratic Party (PDP), has decried the declaration of the governorship elections in Adamawa, Plateau, Bauchi, Sokoto and Benue states as inconclusive.

Consequently, the PDP has charged its members in the affected states to embark on protest to the offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and deploy all legitimate means to secure the mandate given to the party by the electorate.

The PDP National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, made the call on Monday, at a press briefing in Abuja. Ologbondiyan accused INEC chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu of overtly playing the script of the Presidency and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to rob the opposition party of victory in the affected states.
