In recognition of his pivotal roles in promoting peace among Nigerians in Ghana and the Diaspora, Global Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), HE Dr Shahid Amin Khan has congratulated the Eze Ndigbo Ghana and the Assistant Publicity Secretary, Association of Ndieze Ndigbo in the Diaspora, His Royal Majesty, Eze (Dr.) Amb. Chukwudi J. Ihenetu, for being an epitome of peace through his leadership and proactive steps to support Ngerians in the Diaspora. The Global Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), said this when he paid a courtesy call on the Umuduruoha, Amigbo Nwagele, Imo state -born.

At the programme, the Global Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission, together with Ambassador Abu Zein, met His Royal Majesty, Eze (Dr.) Amb. Ihenetu and his elders, to officially invite them to the 7th World Summit itself slated for May 22 to 24 in Geneva Switzerland.
HE Dr. Khan said his visit to His Royal Majesty, Eze (Dr.) Amb. Ihenetu is to officially appoint him as the Goodwill Ambassador for the Nigerian Diaspora in Africa.
“ As the Goodwill Ambassador, HE Dr Khan, said HRM Eze (Dr.) Amb. Ihenetu will address the international community and leaders of the world as well as represent the Nigerian people on the international front to strengthen efforts on what Africa needs, “ he said.
HE Dr. Khan said Africa is full of resources and it is time the international community gives back Africa its rightful resources in order to help eradicate poverty on the continent.
In his response, HRM Eze (Dr)Amb. Ihenetu expressed gratitude to the Global Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) for the opportunity given to him to be the Ambassador for humanity of Nigerians in the Diaspora.
HRM Eze (Dr.) Amb. Ihenetu assured HE Dr Khan that he will make use of the opportunity given to him to reach our to humanity in different levels of life more especially making sure the less priveleged people in our society are blessed through our hardwork.
