IICOCECE Properties & Investment Ltd has officially unveiled IGetHouse, a new digital platform designed to transform the way Africans buy, sell, and access property.

The platform was introduced to a curated audience of real estate stakeholders, tech professionals, at a launch event held in Lagos.

With thousands of users falling victim to fraudulent listings, unverified agents, and complicated paperwork, the platform offers a centralised, verified ecosystem where users can search, shortlist, and begin the process of property ownership with ease. General Manager at IICOCECE, Mrs. Faith Olumba, said this is a product that removes guesswork, misinformation, and frustration from property discovery. “IGetHouse is our answer to a problem millions of Africans face; how to own a home without getting burned”, she said.

Designed with both individuals and developers in mind, she said the platform streamlines property access across all price points.

The unveiling event attracted over 30 guests, including executives, developers, and alumni from the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC). The event featured a full demo session, engaging activities, and a product walkthrough led by the IGetHouse team.

PRO of the EDC Alumni Association, Mr. Ayodeji Peter Falope, commended the innovation, noting: “This is one of the most promising real estate tech solutions we’ve seen. The impact is real and the timing is perfect.”
