Ibagwa-Ani title men pledge support for Ugwuanyi, PDP candidates

All title men from Ibagwa-Ani in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State, representing the people and stakeholders of the community, have declared their resolve to support and vote for Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and all other candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general election.

The title men known as ‘Oha Ibagwa’ stressed their solidarity and support for Governor Ugwuanyi’s senatorial bid,  that of the PDP governorship candidate in the state, Dr Peter Mbah, his running mate, Ifeanyi Ossai,  candidate for Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency, Chief  Vita Abba, and all other party’s candidate for the 2023 elections, saying they would vote massively for them.

The title men, led by the traditional ruler of Ibagwa-Ani Ancient Kingdom,  Igwe David Eneja, represented by the Edeoga of the community, Eze Gilbert Ugwuoke, and accompanied by the stakeholders, including the Member representing Nsukka West Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Dr. Emma Ugwuerua, former Transition Committee Chairman of Nsukka LGA, Onyema Idoko, among others, appreciated  Ugwuanyi for the positive developments his administration has impacted on the community.

They said that the positive change the governor brought to their community was enormous, disclosing that his administration made it possible for them to have modern healthcare and educational facilities such as the their fully equipped health centres at Ibagwa-Ani and Ejuona Ibagwa-Ani.

They added that  Ugwuanyi’s administration built Ejuona Union Primary School and went further to renovate Community Primary School, Ibagwa-Ani and Ibagwa-Ani Central School, transforming them into modern schools.

They expressed gratitude to the governor for the Ibagwa-Ani central borehole his administration sank for the community among other numerous development projects as well as empowerment of their people.
