International actress, author and entrepreneur, HRM, Florence Okonkwo has officially been recognised and chosen as an ambassador of the British Film Festival.
The recognition was at the just concluded, Brtish Film Festival.
Okonkwo stated that the gesture is humbling and inspiring to join such talented filmmakers, artists, and industry leaders who are passionate about advancing the art of filmmaking and connecting people through stories.
“This recognition means so much to me and reflects the incredible work the festival does in celebrating the beauty of global cinema and creating a space for cultural exchange and creative storytelling.
“As I take on this role, I look forward to supporting the mission of the British Film Festival in every way I can. Together, I believe we can encourage fresh creative ideas and shine a light on diverse voices from around the world.”
