Recently, Igbo culture and tradition got a boost in far away United Kingdom and Ireland as Igbo in these European countries celebrated 9th Igbo Festival of Arts and Culture (IFAC)2024.
HRM Eze Okwara
On hand to give Royal blessings to the occasion is His Royal Majesty, Eze Dr. Douglas Okwara Okwarchukwu IV, Obi Ebeasa Umuna, Orlu Imo State.
In his address, while breaking the kolanut, HRM Okwara commended Ndigbo in the United Kingdom and Ireland for promoting Igbo culture in the Diaspora. The Royal Father added that their efforts through Festivals like this kept Igbo culture and tradition alive.
The Royal Father urges Ndigbo wherever they may be to continue to hold Igbo culture in high esteem.
