Hon. Peter Akpanke, the member representing Obudu/Obanliku/Bekwarra Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, has congratulated Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State on his victory both in the Gubernatorial election and all the levels of electoral litigation by which he was challenged after the elections.
